This policy explains how Happic handles personal information when you visit happic.io or send us a demo or sales request. Happic is responsible for deciding why and how this website information is used. You can contact us at hello@happic.io.
This is a website-only notice. When a Happic customer uses the Happic platform to manage its own users, guests, screens, or content, that customer decides why that information is used and is normally the data controller. Questions about customer-managed information should first be sent to that customer's account administrator.
Information we collect
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name and work email. You may also provide your company or venue, primary use case, and a message. Name and email are required so we can identify and reply to your request; the other fields are optional.
Technical information
Our hosting and security systems may process basic request data such as your IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages. The contact endpoint temporarily uses the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse.
This website may use technologies that are necessary to operate, secure, or remember choices on the site. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking, we will describe it here and provide consent choices where required by law.
